Position Overview
EliteApps is seeking a Managing Director to lead and scale our operations, drive strategic growth, and oversee product development, sales, and customer success initiatives. This executive leader will be responsible for P&L management, strategic planning, and market expansion, ensuring EliteApps becomes a premier solution within the automotive digital management space, and then further as we diversify our product offerings. This position is equity and commission only until we reach our revenue goals, then will be converted to full time with competitive benefits. Compensation will be negotiated at the time we convert the position.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive EliteApps' growth in the automotive DMS market.
- Oversee revenue generation, pricing models, and market positioning to ensure sustained profitability.
- Establish and maintain key partnerships, including Salesforce.com, AWS, and other strategic allies.
- Lead expansion efforts into new markets and industry verticals.
- Operational Excellence & Product Development
- Collaborate with the Director of Product Development and VP of Marketing to align product roadmaps with market demands.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration between engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Champion Agile methodologies for continuous product innovation and improvement.
- Team Leadership & Culture
- Build and mentor a high-performance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-first mentality.
- Set clear goals and expectations for sales, product, and support teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public engagements.
- Financial & Compliance Oversight
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to drive sustainable growth.
- Ensure compliance with data security regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
- Work closely with the board and executive leadership to report progress, risks, and opportunities.
Must Have
- 7+ years of executive leadership experience in SaaS, CRM, DMS, or enterprise software.
- Strong background in Salesforce, AWS, and/or other cloud-based enterprise solutions.
- Perfect written English
- Proven track record in scaling SaaS businesses, revenue generation, and P&L ownership.
- Experience in B2B software sales, particularly in automotive, dealership management, or enterprise CRM solutions.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, manage complex projects, and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in fundraising, partnerships, and M&A activities (preferred).
- Ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship.

- Knowledge of automotive industry regulations, dealership operations, or fintech solutions.
