Our flagship product, EliteDMS, is revolutionizing the automotive industry by replacing legacy Dealer Management Systems with cloud-first, no-code, user-owned solutions.
We’re seeking a Vice President of Client Delivery & Strategic Partnerships to own the full lifecycle of client success — from onboarding and implementation to relationship expansion and strategic growth. You’ll serve as the operational bridge between product, engineering, and clients, ensuring world-class delivery while building and nurturing high-impact partnerships that drive adoption and revenue. This role is ideal for a systems-minded leader who can scale process, inspire teams, and translate vision into execution — without losing sight of the end-user experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Client Experience from lead through renewal
- Develop and oversee Project Management Organization (PMO) and Center of Excellence (CoE) disciplines
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Partnership management with platform partners
- Build out channel sales department
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products and its intersection with the client journey
- Experience leading solution implementations
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Ability to work legally without visa sponsorship
- Proven record of relationship building
- Use of metrics to drive organizational change

What You'll Do
- Oversee all client delivery operations, from pre-sales alignment through implementation and ongoing support
- Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple software deployments using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid models
- Build strategic relationships with partners (e.g., Salesforce, auto-industry vendors, HubSpot) to expand co-sell and integration opportunities
- Develop SOPs and frameworks to scale client onboarding, technical delivery, and post-launch performance
- Act as the voice of the client internally and the face of Blackbird externally
- Drive continuous improvement through KPIs, process audits, and customer feedback loops
Our Products
Ideal Candidate
- 8+ years in client delivery, enterprise consulting, or technical program management roles
- Proven experience leading complex software or SaaS implementations
- Strong relationship-building chops, from C-suite clients to internal dev teams
- Certified PMP and/or Scrum Master preferred
- Comfortable navigating startup pace, ambiguity, and opportunity
- Bonus points for Salesforce ecosystem experience or automotive SaaS exposure
